Operation instruction

Before the work

First of all, the operator should inspect the brake, hook, wire rope, safety device and other parts. If something abnormal phenomena is founded, the operator should eliminate it.

The operator can cunt off the main power source after he has ensured that there exists no person om the pathway and walkway. When the power circuit breaker is locked or the billboard is hanged on, the main power source can be cut off after it is opened by original relevant person.

During working

The crane should lift the heavy material(or the load capacity reaches the max. weight) at a height of 0.5 meter after the next turns. Then, the operator lifts down the material. Checking the performance of brake. The crane can be in normal operation when the it is ensured safely.

The operator should ring the alarm during the before the following operations.

Before the lifting the heavy materials and launching the heavy materials, the operator should ring the alarm. Before starting the and stopping, the operator should ring alarm.

The operator should control the crane in line with the unified command signals.

All of the hand shank of the controller be be put on zero point when the power source is suddenly cut off. Before it works again, the crane should be inspected that whether if it is normal.

It is forbidden that the operator handle the contrary direction to stop the equipment when the crane and trolley are in traveling. The control handle should be put on zero point before change the direction of crane and trolley. The crane can not travel to opposite direction until all of the mechanisms are stopped and the control handle is put on zero point.

When the crane is equipped with two hooks, the main or auxiliary hook must work individually during the height of main hook and auxiliary hook are at the similar height. It aims to avoid to clashing between the two hooks.

It is forbidden that the two hooks lift material in the meanwhile. The operator should adjust the brake of lifting mechanism when it is out of works.

It is forbidden that the operator can not make use of limiter of limiting position to stop the crane. Also, it is forbidden that the operator adjusts the brake of lifting mechanism when the hook is on load.

Application Situation

Double Girder Gantry Crane with Hook is available for general service, such as loading, unloading, lifting and transferring work in outdoor storage or railways.

Ordering instruction

It consists of four main parts, namely, the crane span structure, the traveling mechanism, the trolley and the electrical equipment. The crane span structure adopts welded structure of box-type. Individual drives are adopted for traveling mechanism on each end of the crane. All movements of the crane are controlled from cabin. Either rigid shapes of steel(angles or tees) or flexible insulated cable shall be selected to be utilized as runway conductors and proposed in the order by purchaser. Max. And min. Value of environment temperature, the sort of power supply, the voltage and other data shall be proposed by user when filling the order form.

Strictly execute 10 forbidden institution

It is not permitted that the crane lifts the materials with unclear signal and random commander.

It is not permitted that the crane lifts the materials with overloading material

It is not permitted that the crane lifts the unreasonable spreader or the material is fastened tightly.

It is not permitted that the crane is in band-type brake or the other safety braking devices are out of function.

It can be lifted when the hooked materials is on process directly.

It is not permitted that the material is hooked wryly and the pendant cord is dragged obliquely.

It is not permitted that the crane lifts explosiveness materials.

It is not permitted that the crane lifts the buried material.

It is not permitted that the crane lifts the angular material which is not matted well.

After works

Raising the hook to a certain height. The trolley and cart will stop at the designated position. And the controller handle is placed in the zero position; Pull down the handle of protector case and cut off power.

The crane must be maintained routinely.


Lubrication

The Service life and performance of all the prats is largely depended on lubrication.

When the operator is going to lubricate and maintain the parts, please refer to the built-in instruction. The operator should inject the lubricating grease in the cart and trolley once a week. Often, the height of lubrication should be checked. It should be adding in time when the lubrication is in a low height.

Wire rope

The fracture of wire should be payed attention. When there appears fracture of wire, broken strand or the wear loss which reaches scrapping standard, the damaged wire rope should be changed in time. The optional wire rope includes phosphate coated wire rope, galvanized steel wire rope and bright wire rope.

Spreader

The spreader should be inspected routinely.

Pulley block

Mainly, the operator should inspect the wear pattern of rope race. Whether if there exists the crack in the rim of pulley. Whether if the pulley get stuck on the axle.
